Wondering where to stay in Rio?
Guests attending the Adegoke 60th Birthday are requested to make their reservation online via the portal that Sheraton has created for the event. Special rates negotiated with Sheraton are $150 per night with buffet-style breakfast included. A few suites with Club Floor access are available at $300 per night. Please let the celebrant know if you would like to reserve one of the suites.

You will need to provide the block code “ADE” to have access to the special rate. -
The listed rates are in USD (US$) and valid per room/night. The hotel will add 15% (10% service fee + 5% municipal tax) and US$3.00 (Porterage fee), plus Rio Convention Bureau city tax of about US$ 1.5 per room/night;
- Rates include breakfast, served at the hotel restaurant from 06:00am to 11:00am;
- Guests will be accommodated in 01 king or queen size bedded rooms, or 02 double beds, according to hotel’s availability at check-in, except in cases of double occupancy rooms with specific bedded rooms.
- Check in at: 3h00 pm and check out 12h00 noon;
- Guests requiring Early Check-In (ECI) or Late Check-Out (LCO) must make a request in advance and this will be confirmed according to availability. In order to guarantee the ECI, 01 additional night will be charged with the group daily rate. In order to guarantee LCO, 1⁄2 additional daily rate will be charged to exits until 16:00. After 16:00, 01 additional night will be charged at the group daily rate.
- Minibar replacements: US$5.50 per room.
- Internet Included: 5MB. To increase the speed to 10 MB, the rate is USD 10,00 per 24 hours.
- All the guests have access to the internet at the Lobby and at Link@Sheraton.
