VENUE

Guests staying at the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort may make their reservation online via the portal that Sheraton has created exclusively for this event (link available below and in the “where to stay” page). The special rate negotiated with Sheraton is $150 per night with buffet style breakfast included. A few suites with Club Floor access are available at $300 per night. Please let the celebrant know if you would like to reserve one of the suites.

The rates will be available from Wednesday 22 November 2023 through Sunday 26 November 2023. This accommodates the need of US based couples or families that want to arrive early and celebrate Thanksgiving in Rio de Janeiro.

Room reservations have to be guaranteed with a credit card by individuals making the reservation. The special rate is available for a limited number of rooms. Guests are requested to kindly make their reservations as soon as possible.

EVENT

While the special rate will be available until 6 October 2023, all reservations must be made by 15 June 2023, which is the deadline for the celebrant to confirm final headcount and make full non-refundable payment for the celebration dinner.

Please note that we will assume that anyone who has not made a hotel reservation or completed the online attendance confirmation by 15 June, 2023 will not be attending the event.
